Goblin Delight, LLC, a Pennsylvania Limited Liability Company, builds commercial games such as CHORIZO and Longjuice Squeeze. These SERVICES are provided by and are intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decides to use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information concerning this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to email address, and, separately, we may generate a unique ID for analytics purposes. The information gathered is used to identify bugs and improve gameplay and the general user experience. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.
Our games use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

We also use some gameplay data to detect cheating and to protect the in-game economy. This includes detecting tampering with saved game data, manipulation of in-game item values, and other attempts to gain an unfair advantage in online play. In practice this means we record occasions when the game rejects invalid or out-of-range information received from another player, together with summary information about in-game currency earned and spent. We use this to keep online matches and the in-game economy fair for everyone.
Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Services, in the case of an error in the game we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your device called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the game when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.
This Service does not use cookies explicitly. Our website may use cookies, and your browser lets you accept or refuse them; refusing them may stop parts of the website working as intended. The game itself is not a website and does not use cookies. Data collected inside the game is described in “Analytics and Telemetry in the Game” below.
Analytics and Telemetry in the Game
Longjuice Squeeze includes a telemetry setting you can turn off at any time from the in-game Settings menu. When telemetry is switched off, the game stops sending analytics data to GameAnalytics entirely, including the gameplay, economy, and anti-cheat information described above. Turning it off does not limit your ability to play the game, online or offline, and no part of the game is withheld from you for declining.
This setting covers data we collect through the game itself. It does not affect data collected by the platforms you play on: Steam and Epic Online Services each have their own privacy policies and their own controls.
Service Providers
We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:
-
To facilitate our Service;
-
To provide the Service on our behalf;
-
To perform Service-related services; or
-
To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
We want to inform users of this Service that these third parties have access to your Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.
Legal Basis for Processing
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:
-
Game analytics, including economy and anti-cheat data: your consent. Consent is given by leaving the in-game telemetry setting enabled, and you may withdraw it at any time by switching that setting off.
-
Mailing list: your consent, which you may withdraw using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
-
Online play, accounts, and matchmaking through Steam and Epic Online Services: necessary in order to provide the service you have asked us for.
How Long We Keep Data
Analytics data is held by GameAnalytics under their retention schedule, which is described in their own privacy policy. We keep mailing list details until you unsubscribe, after which we remove them.
Security
We value your trust in providing us with your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
